I had the absolute honor of photographing Ava, my favorite hairstylist EVER and her fiancé Albert for their unforgettable Hoboken engagement session. Ava came in with a bold vision: Vogue editorial meets paparazzi flash, all set inside her favorite restaurant, Dear Maud. The space was stunning, and these two got creative with props, poses, and all the stylish energy you’d expect from a couple this fun.

After shooting inside the restaurant, we made a quick stop at one of their go-to pizza spots (because what’s more “them” than grabbing a slice mid-session?), then took a sunset stroll to the Hoboken waterfront, right where Albert popped the question.
